Mark H. Elenowitz, Founder and Managing Director
Mr. Elenowitz is a co-founder and managing director of TriPoint Entertainment. He is responsible for the overall corporate development of the firm. Mr. Elenowitz is a former Director and President of an international media company, specializing in the production and distribution of various media content for worldwide distribution across multiple media platforms such as traditional television, film, and the Internet. In this role he was responsible for the company's overall corporate development and corporate finance. Mr. Elenowitz was Co-Chairman and Managing Director of GroupNow!, Inc. He was charged with developing, sourcing and negotiating acquisitions and strategic partnerships for GroupNow! and its subsidiaries. Mr. Elenowitz integrates a strong, successful entrepreneurial background with extensive financial services and capital markets experience. He is also the senior managing director of Investor Communications Company, LLC (ICC), a national investor relations firm he founded in 1996. Mr. Elenowitz is the recipient of several entrepreneurial awards. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Business and Management, with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Louis E. Taubman, Esq., Founder and General Counsel
Mr. Taubman is a co-founder and general counsel of TriPoint Entertainment, LLC. Mr. Taubman manages all legal aspects of the Company. Mr. Taubman maintains a law practice located in New York's Financial District. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Taubman served as an attorney in the legal department of Prudential Securities, Inc. Mr. Taubman provides counsel to our company, to both issuers and underwriters with regard to public and private finance, periodic reporting under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, Williams Act reporting, M&A transactions and corporate governance issues. Mr. Taubman graduated cum laude from New York Law School and is a member of the New York Bar.

Sal Campo, Senior Member
Mr. Campo is a seasoned industry executive with over twenty-five years of business development experience. Mr. Campo held the position of Senior Advisor to the President and CEO of Orbit Radio and Television Satellite Networks, based in Rome (www.orbit.net). Mr. Campo was responsible for renegotiating major studio contracts and positioning Orbit as the dominant player in the Middle East for pay-per-view on its digital platform.

Prior to Orbit, Mr. Campo was President of Sport International, Inc. (www.sport-international.com) a global marketer of sporting events, Pay-Per-View and closed circuit boxing. In 1986, Mr. Campo founded an independent international sport and entertainment program distribution company that specialized in cross-platform production, sales, licensing of television programming feature films and multimedia properties worldwide. In 1984 Mr. Camp was recruited by Oak Industries ((On-TV), the premier subscription provider in the United States during that time) as Executive Vice President, Original Productions and Distribution Worldwide.

While with Oak Industries, Mr. Campo organized the first historic live pay-per-view event from New York City's Broadway district, Duke Ellington's musical, "Sophisticated Ladies." Other development areas included the design, infrastructure, marketing and pricing for original boxing programming on pay television. This included Don King Productions and Main Event Boxing during their infancy. Non-sport projects included designing and implementing co-production ventures with MCA Universal and a production lineup of motion pictures with ABC Motion Pictures.

Mr. Campo started his industry career in 1974 with Viacom International (NYSE:VIA). During his ten years with the company, he held several corporate and operating divisional executive positions. His career expertise encompassed merchandising & licensing, domestic sales, first run syndication and development, cable television sales, apy-TV sales, acquisitions, home video, international sales, and executive in charge of original productions for Showtime Networks Inc.

Gunilla Molund, Executive Consultant
Gunilla Molund, co founder of Creative Media Consultants, has since January 1999 worked for the Stockholm-based Jarowskij Sverige AB, Scandinavia's largest independent production company and drama producer, where she was head of international affairs and business development and now works as their consultant in the US. While at Jarowskij, she was instrumental in many of the company's most ambitious joint ventures.

Prior to her tenure at Jarowskij, Molund was Managing Director Scandinavia for global powerhouse Endemol, where she oversaw all production and live events while based at the company's Stockholm office. Before joining Endemol, Molund was head of production for Stockholm-based STRIX Television and was also director/producer on a top rated live talk show. She began her career at Sveriges Television in Stockholm and also held the title of executive producer, current affairs at the London office of TV3 (Scansat Broadcasting).

Gunilla Molund is one of Europe's most versatile and respected television executives. Her broad range of experience in the production, co-production and distribution arenas makes her an ideal addition to our team in expanding our operation to new territories says Helena Skantorp CEO Jarowksij.

Marc Jansen, Executive Consultant
Marc Jansen is an independent Executive Producer and Creative Consultant.Until October 2000 Jansen was Senior Creative Director for Endemol Entertainment ("Big Brother", "Fear Factor", "Performing as.." ) an international production company based in the Netherlands with offices around the world, where he was responsible for the creation and launch of global program formats. Jansen produced and consulted on Endemol's game shows, variety series and specials and supervised their extensive international production.

In the past years Jansen has produced programs in Portugal, Italy, Canada, Scandinavia and the United States. In 1999 he successfully launched the foray of Endemol Entertainment into the American market with "Your Big Break" produced in association with Dick Clark Productions and distributed by Buena Vista Television and at the same time he got involved in development of additional programs with various U.S. networks and production companies.

Jansen teamed up with Phil Gurin of The Gurin Company ("Twenty-One" and "The Weakest Link") and together they have produced a number of formats, including 2000's "Now or Never: Face Your Fear" reality stunt special for FOX, "Voice of a Child," a 2 hours live music variety special for Canada's Global Television network," Lingo", the number one game show for Game show Network (currently into its third season), and the hit European live-event "Test the Nation" for Fox.

Jansen began his career as musician and entered the television business as producer for TROS, the largest and still dominant Dutch public broadcaster. During his tenure he produced reality, game and variety. He also produced two movies with Paul Verhoeven.

Using his expertise in music, variety and subsequently game shows and documentary programs he left TROS to help create John de Mol Productions. During his tenure at John de Mol Productions he created numerous long running prime time variety and game show formats which are currently running in various European territories He also launched a nation wide Lottery program for charity with Dutch public broadcaster VARA.

Jansen subsequently joined JE Entertainment as Executive Producer of all programs. Expanding his areas of expertise he created and launched new game show formats and adapted formats from the U.S. and other markets for Dutch television. Additionally he developed reality, infotainment and edutainment programs.

He joined D& D Benelux Production Company as Creative Director to devise their international strategy. In that capacity he created programs for Benelux, Germany, Portugal and the American market and secured formats from other producers for production and distribution He acquired and adapted an Australian daytime drama series, which is still in original production in Belgium.

Mario Proenza, Producer of TriPoint Fitness Productions
Mario Proenza co-founded El Cielo Entertainment, a television production company, in 1998. El Ceilo Entertainment is the leading producer of entertainment properties for the Spanish-language market. El Cielo has produced three shows, which have maintained excellent national ratings since their inception: “La Corte del Pueblo”, “La Corte de Familia” and “Buena Onda”; all broadcast via Telemundo. Mr. Proenza has also distinguished himself as the executive producer of several network specials for Univision, such as “Fiesta Broadway”, “El Fieston de New York”, and “Fiestas Patrias”. Mr. Proenza has also produced numerous entertainment content/properties for the U.S. market, such as the USA Sport Network, where he served as the West Coast Coordinator, ABC Sports, as Coordiator, the 1985 Super Bowl, and Monday Night Football in 1984, among others.

Richie Namm, Producer/Director of TriPoint Fitness Productions
Richie Namm has over 25 years of experience in live television production. The highlights of his career include the first concert ever broadcast on MTV, “REO Speedwagon”, the first LIVE cablecast on MTV, “The Charlie Daniels Band”, and one of the earliest Pay Per View concerts, “The Who- The Final Concert”, as well as a range of concerts and musical shows from the classics, Frank Sinatra at Carnegie Hall, Lena Horne, Tony Bennett, to the sublime including Jazz performances from JVC Newport Jazz Festival and music performances in almost every genre both on location and in the studio. Mr. Namm also has extensive experience in Variety television including talk shows, reality shows, relationship shows, game shows, exercise & fitness shows, comedy sketch shows, award shows, and documentary projects, as well as complex assignments in business & corporate television, political coverage, and government & industry. Richie brings an unparalleled knowledge of TV production to every assignment he tackles. Due to his vast experience, Mr. Namm knows how to focus on those aspects of production that will create a comfortable and productive atmosphere for his artists and talent, and to wring out the most production value for a given budget in the allowable time.

Rick Moncada, Line Producer
Rick Moncada has been a producer since 1980. His first role in the television industry was as Musical Director for Ed McMahon’s Star Search (a national talent competition that ran for 11 successful years). Rick then developed and started producing Spanish language television programs such as  “Buscando Estrellas (a Spanish Version of Star Search) for the Univision Network. and "Suenos De Fama" for Telemundo Network. Rick is presently the General Producer for the Miss Universe Pageant on Telemundo.

Ruth McCartney
Ruth McCartney is CEO of McCartney Music and Multimedia Inc. (MMI). She is a respected music industry veteran, communications expert and strategist with a strong marketing, cross-promotions, and entrepreneurial background. She has provided consulting and production services for Fortune 100, corporate, high-tech, higher education and entertainment companies.

As co-founder of MMI, Ruth has developed working relationships with significant leisure industry leaders around the world including Capitol Records, MGM/ Mirage, American Express Travel, Morey Management, Dodge, Warner Bros and British Telecom. Her work has ranged from new media strategies and technology consulting to development of database management solutions and marketing programs. In addition, Ruth has also served as advisor to projects for non-profit and higher education organizations including the original web presence for the Duchess of York's Chances for Children, WheelsForHumanity.org, The Feminist Majority and Loyola Marymount University. Founded in 1995 in Nashville, TN, MMI is a Creative Solutions provider which has designed custom Flash, HTML , eCRM and e-commerce presences for clients such as Clint Black, Richie Sambora, David Cassidy, Paula Abdul, America, Andrew Gold, Steve Tyrell, Oleta Adams and others. Educated in England at West Kirby County Grammar for Girls, the North West Stage School and the Royal Ballet, being trained in the theatre, Ruth saw a need to combine communication and entertainment. In her formative years in Liverpool, UK, she assisted at home in sorting, filing and replying to fan correspondence addressed to her step-brother Sir Paul, as well as helping her mother Angie create The Wings Fun Club in 1972.She devised a sophisticated data management, PHP platform and reporting software which allows users to manage their customer or fan base directly online. Formerly, Ruth was a singer/songwriter and recording artist on BMG/Jupiter Records and has headlined tours in Russia, Lithuania, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Siberia for a total of 9 times. The tours sold well over a million concert tickets and Ruth donated all of her proceeds to aid the 40,000 Armenian Earthquake victims left homeless by their devastating quake in 1989. As a songwriter, Ruth penned a gold single for Randy Crawford and has songs in several movies starring Julia Roberts, Faye Dunaway, Christina Applegate, Jonathan Schaech and Molly Ringwald.

Ruth has a long-standing commitment to charitable, philanthropic, and international associations. She has served on boards and been active in organizations including: KidsCharities.org, Feed The Children, The German American Chamber of Commerce, and in 1991 she received Russia's top honor as Woman of the Year at a ceremony on March 6 - International Women's Day at the Duma Parliament House in Moscow. Ruth is an accomplished cook, speaks fluent Bavarian, a hobby songwriter, Ruth is 42 and lives at the beach in LA with her husband Martin Nethercutt and their 5 orange cats Alumor, Skeezitz, Yahoo, Number Four and Eudora.

Riz Khan
Riz Khan is the former host of "Q&A with Riz Khan" and "Q&A Asia with Riz Khan" on CNN International (CNNI), as well as anchoring news shows and news events for the network. The Q&A shows were the network's daily interactive programs, featuring newsmaker and celebrity interviews, as well as live viewer interaction via telephone, fax, e-mail and video-mail. Mr. Khan's guests have included UN Secretary Gen. Kofi Annan; U.S. First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton, Queen Noor of Jordan and paranormalist Uri Geller. He has interviewed authors such as Tom Clancy, Ken Follett and Helen Fielding; actors such as Kenneth Branagh, Danny Glover and Sigourney Weaver; musicians such as Sheryl Crow, Yanni and Jonathan Bell; and athletes such as Michael Johnson and Evander Holyfield; as well as a host of presidents, prime ministers and ambassadors from around the world. Michael McGill
Mr. McGill has extensive corporate executive and entrepreneurial experience, both domestic and international, with demonstrated accomplishments in product marketing, business development and venture capital syndication within varied industries ranging from media communications and broadcasting to automotive safety and development. Mr. McGill has over twenty years of marketing and communication experience. He most recently has served as Executive Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for the Amtech Corporation, a Company that has designed and patented 3 suspension systems for stabilizing and protecting light trucks, minivans and SUV's from rollover accidents. Mr. McGill was the Co-Founder and General Partner of 2ON1 Sports, LLC a company formed with Paul Dobbs (previously served as Sr. VP Marketing & Promotions for both CBS and NBC) and Steve Hartman (Co-Anchor of KCBS "Sports Central" program with Jim Hill and star host of XTRA Sports Radio Network's "Loose Cannon" Talk Radio Show) which was formed as a sports programming and sports media marketing firm. Mr. McGill was also Director of Corporate Affairs for Orbit Satellite Television and Radio Network, the world's first fully digital satellite television and radio transmission center. Additional past clients of Mr. McGill include AWS-MMDS Cable Systems, Inc., Intramurals.com, Inc. and Interruption Television, Inc.

Mark Williams
With over 20 years of experience in Direct Marketing, Mark has been involved in all aspects of operations, sales, marketing, business development and senior management of successful firms throughout the industry. His extensive background covers virtually all types of business ranging from Fortune 100 companies to casino/hotel marketing, surfing and America's Cup sailing. This varied level of experience has enabled him to handle of variety of sophisticated projects as a senior consultant for numerous companies focusing on sales and marketing as well as customer prospecting and retention. In addition to Direct Marketing, he became heavily involved with both business to consumer and business to business client Internet sales and marketing efforts over the last 5 years to integrate current and existing marketing programs. Mark was born and raised in Colorado and graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder with a degree in Business Administration. He lives in Capistrano Beach, California where he owns a consulting firm.
